Developing Games using Python 3

In this blog, I will be updating my progress, time by time on game development. I will be using Pyhton 3 as programming language to write codes. Pyglet will be used to provide GUI interface. Starting with few simpler commonly played games, I will be working on ‘Eight Queens’.

Eight Queens is a board game, which is played on a 8 x 8 chessboard. The rule of this game is that, the player has to place 8 Queens on the board in such manner that not two Queens share the same row, column or diagonal.

My next post is an installation guide on “how to install pyglet on python 3 (for MS Windows)
